2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to product availability and successful sourcing (for imported items).

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Mobile Payments (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket)

    • Online Wallets / Gateway Payments (if available)

  • Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Pricing or listing errors

    • Fraud or suspicious activity

    • Stock limitations

    • Supplier unavailability

  • For imported products, final price may adjust due to customs, shipping changes, or supply issues. Customers will be notified before confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (In-Stock Local Products): 3–5 working days

  • Imported / Pre-Order Products: 10–25 working days (depending on supplier/country)

  • Express Delivery: Available for select products (additional charges apply)

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs delays, weather issues, or international logistics constraints.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the provided address.

  • Currently, Buzzaro does not offer international delivery.

4. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

  • No refund will be issued after purchase unless:

    • The product is proven defective upon delivery

    • The wrong item was delivered

  • No exchange policy applies to all products.

  • Customers must check the product at the time of delivery.
    Any defects or issues must be reported immediately.
    Claims made after delivery completion will not be accepted.

  • For imported products, minor variations in packaging or model version may occur based on supplier availability.

5. Product Descriptions & Authenticity

  • We strive to ensure accuracy in all product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices.

  • However, slight differences may occur due to:

    • International supplier variations

    • Manufacturing batch differences

    • Display or screen color variations

  • Imported products may come with:

    • Region-specific versions

    • No local warranty (unless mentioned)
