Return & Refund Policy

At Buzzaro, we aim to deliver authentic, high-quality imported products to every customer. Since most items are sourced internationally and handled through pre-order or limited-stock procurement, we maintain a strict return and refund structure. Please read the following guidelines carefully before placing an order.


1. Refund Policy

a. Strict No-Refund Policy

Buzzaro follows a no refund policy for all purchases.
Once payment is completed—whether through Mobile Payment or Cash on Delivery—the order is considered final and non-refundable under all circumstances.

b. No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for any products.
Customers must ensure that they:

  • Double-check product details before ordering

  • Confirm model compatibility (for gadgets)

  • Verify sizes, colors, or specifications where applicable

  • Contact us beforehand for clarification


2. Defective or Wrong Product Delivery

Although every order goes through multiple quality checks, imported products may occasionally face issues. If:

  • You receive a defective product, or

  • You receive the wrong product,

You must follow these conditions:

Customer Responsibilities

  • Inspect the product immediately at the time of delivery.

  • Report any issue while the delivery person is still present, or within immediate confirmation through WhatsApp/Email.

  • Provide clear photos/videos of:

    • The product

    • Packaging

    • Visible defects

If your claim is valid

Buzzaro will offer one of the following:

  • Free replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability)

  • Store credit if the product is unavailable

  • An alternative solution at Buzzaro’s discretion

📌 No complaints will be accepted once the delivery is marked as completed and the delivery agent has left.


3. Situations NOT Eligible for Return or Refund

The following cases are not covered:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Disliking the product after use

  • Slight color/texture/design differences due to supplier variations

  • Delays caused by international shipping, customs, or courier issues

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Issues reported after delivery completion

  • Failure to check the product during delivery


4. Custom / Special Imported Items

For special imported items requested by customers (via link/DM):

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed

  • Buzzaro is not responsible for regional packaging or version differences

  • Buzzaro only sources based on the information provided by the customer

There will only be support if the delivered product is broken/defective.


5. Return Policy

a. General Return Rules

Returns are only accepted in limited cases, such as:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defects visible upon delivery

All issues must be reported immediately at delivery time.

b. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • A clear video/photo proof must be submitted

  • The return request must be made instantly at the time of delivery

  • Any included accessories, manuals, boxes must remain intact

c. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at support@buzzaro.shop or via WhatsApp with:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo/video evidence

Once verified:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged OR

  • You may be asked to send the item back (charges may apply)

After inspection, Buzzaro will offer:

  • Replacement of the same item (if available)

  • Store credit (valid for 30 days)

  • No monetary refund


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged after delivery by the customer

  • Items without original packaging

  • Custom request / customer-linked import items

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Minor cosmetic variations (size, shade, print alignment)

  • Accessories or products sensitive to hygiene standards (earbuds, personal tools, etc.)
